Pre-Construction Designing & Planning

In this 3-D model, we will be able to show you what a finished product looks like and all of the details that will make the project custom to your taste. After the conceptual phase, full architectural plans, structural engineering plans, and Title 24 plans, will be completed to obtain all necessary local government building permits. We also have lots of experience dealing with HOA's.

 

 

Material & Vendor Selections

The materials used in each project are unique to a customers personality, taste, and environment that is being created. Shopping for materials can be very overwhelming, so as a part of our service, we will accompany you to showrooms and warehouses of some of our preferred local material suppliers. We will narrow down your options based on budget and scheme. Every project has its list of critical items that need to be ordered and tracked for prompt completion of the project. Being ahead of that curve can save you a lot of stress.
